During visits, I make sure your cat gets more than just food, water, and a clean litter box. I spend time interacting with them in whatever way they... I’m a cat lover and cat parent to two of my own. I’ve cared for cats for friends and neighbors for years, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each cat’s individual personality and routine. I know some cats want lots of playtime and affection, while others need patience and space before they feel comfortable with someone new.
During visits, I make sure your cat gets more than just food, water, and a clean litter box. I spend time interacting with them in whatever way they enjoy, whether that’s playing, cuddling, brushing, or simply keeping them company. I’m attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, litter-box habits, or anything else that might indicate something isn’t quite right, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and videos so you can feel comfortable while you’re away.
Most importantly, I’ll care for your cats the way I would want someone to care for mine—with patience, kindness, attention, and respect for their individual needs.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I’ve been caring for the cats of four different families over the last two years. They’re all different. I like to send owners photos from every visit to give them peace of mind.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
My cats names are Rio 🐈⬛ (5yo) and Snowy 🐈 (6yo). They’re some of my favorite beings on the planet. 🥰
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
I always conduct an initial meet & greet. I take notes on the cats’ food servings, their litter boxes, and intricacies. I like to send owners photos and or videos from every visit I have with their cats. I’ve even helped pet owners with plants and their mail/packages.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Madison cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $23.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
