Wyomi is an absolute brilliant cat friend! She took such good care of my two cats; both tend to be wary around new people, but they warmed up to Wyomi straight away. Wyomi made it a priority to learn what made each cat happy- one liked cuddles and the other play. I came back from my trip with a neat and tidy house and two very unstressed pets. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
