Salma was the purr-fect cat sitter. My tuxedo cat (Thundercat) is a little lover boy, and I didn’t want him to get lonely while going away for the 4th of July. I’m so glad Salma could give him the attention and cuddles he needed. Salma was detailed, thorough and always sent the best pictures! Overall, Thundercat gives the experience two claws up!

Salma was AMAZING. We have a shy gal kitty, and a sassy old boy who needs a twice-daily inhaler but doesn't like new people getting too close, so it's a tricky situation. This was our first time using a pet sitter since we've always been able to just have a friend pop in in the past, but this was the first time we didn't have one available, especially since the inhaler situation came into play, requiring more frequent visits than before. Anyway, Salma expertly handled his medical needs, while doing everything they could to gain his trust/affection in the process. In the end, he got all his inhaler doses, and the shy cat even allowed some pets. And everything else was taken care of as well, of course. Communication was strong, visit pics were adorable, and everything went as smoothly as I could have hoped. I couldn't have asked for better care from someone who just met our complicated cats. Salma is truly a cat whisperer!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
