Jessica is an exceptional cat sitter. She spends quality time with the cats, never rushes, and follows all instructions exactly. But, most importantly, she is amazing with the cats. My cat is a scaredy cat who is not used to having other people in his house. Jessica was so patient and kind to him, even when he was hiding under the bed and making very angry posturing noises at her. She talked to him, and plied him with treats, coaxing him out when he was ready, and giving him treats under the bed and letting him be when he wasn't ready. A few days later, I was getting pictures of my big scaredy cat lounging on her lap!

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
