Shatoria was amazing! I was very anxious to leave my cats, but after the first day with her I was at ease! She provided excellent and in-depth updates. I really appreciated that she asked questions, even for things I didn’t even think of or ask her to do. I felt like I had picky instructions, but she followed them perfectly, and went above and beyond. My cats were happy, medicated, and fed when I arrived home. I received excellent photo and video updates. I also went home to a clean space and printed photos of the cats on my refrigerator. Shatoria went above and beyond 100%. I recommend her services and would request her again.

I went on vacation for a week and was worried about how my very shy cat would fare. No need to worry, though - Shatoria was amazing! She quickly gained his trust and affection, spending quality time playing with him when she came over in addition to his care. Shatoria followed all of my instructions perfectly; she sent detailed updates and wonderful photos; and she went above and beyond to make sure my kitty was comfortable and entertained (giving him treats, playing with him, and petting him). She has a definite way with cats! My cat can be pretty shy, but he warmed up to her right away. I would highly, highly recommend!
