He always took the time to learn our cat's routine, feeding schedule, and little quirks, and it was obvious that he genuinely cared about him. Our cat is pretty picky about people and doesn't usually warm up to visitors, but he really liked Matthew, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Matthew was also very reliable and kept us updated with messages and photos during every visit. Knowing our cat was happy and well looked after made it so much easier to be away. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and attentive pet sitter."
