We had a very nice meet & greet and I felt that my cats would be very safe with her. Anna came exactly when she said she would; fed, watered, and cleaned the cats perfectly; sent messages and short videos. She even got one of our shy babies to play! Anna is lovely to work with. My wife and I were able to rest easy while we were out of the country, as we received very thoughtful updates every day (with multiple pictures)! When one of our cat's asthma started kicking back up for the season, Kat was quick to update us, and was even able to seamlessly pivot to administering his inhaler!
