"Colleen truly came to the rescue at the last minute, and I cannot recommend her enough. I had hired an overnight sitter outside Meowtel while my regular overnight sitter at Meowtel was unavailable, and unfortunately, it turned into a very stressful situation for both me and my cat, Cinnamon. Cinnamon is fragile, needs human connection, consistency, love, food, water, and gentle care — not someone dropping in every 19–21 hours. Colleen stepped in immediately and was extraordinary. She made sure Cinnamon was cared for, comforted, fed, hydrated, and emotionally supported until I could get home. You can feel how loving, calm, and genuinely compassionate she is with animals. What stood out most was Colleen’s reliability, kindness, and the level of care she provided during a difficult situation. She did not just “check in” on Cinnamon — she truly cared for her. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, loving, and dependable to care for your pet, I highly recommend Colleen. She was an absolute lifesaver."

"Holly rocks. She came to our meet & greet fully prepared, took notes, asked questions, really made sure she knew everything she’d need to know to take care of my cat for a few days. When she came over for the sitting visits, she messaged me to let me know she was there. She then sent me photos of the cat, the food & water, and the cleaned litter box. She gave me a quick status update on how things were going and how the cat was behaving. And she messaged me again when she was leaving. There is nothing more I could ask for—she really did a superb job, and I felt totally at ease knowing she was on top of everything. I returned home to no surprises, just a happy cat. Holly even cleaned the tupperware from the food I portioned out. I would 100% hire Holly again. I don’t think I could find a better sitter."
