"Lisa is a wonderful cat sitter. Our three cats have kidney, thyroid, and urinary issues, respectively, and each must eat a different prescription diet. We have to keep a close eye on them to make sure they don’t eat each other’s food while they’re eating, but Lisa handled that perfectly. Another great thing about her is that communication with her is incredibly smooth. She sent us daily text updates with photos of the cats, which gave us peace of mind while we were traveling. Whenever we asked for something new, she understood immediately and took action right away. We definitely want to hire her again next time!"

I had hired an overnight sitter outside Meowtel while my regular overnight sitter at Meowtel was unavailable, and unfortunately, it turned into a very stressful situation for both me and my cat, Cinnamon. Cinnamon is fragile, needs human connection, consistency, love, food, water, and gentle care — not someone dropping in every 19–21 hours. Colleen stepped in immediately and was extraordinary. She made sure Cinnamon was cared for, comforted, fed, hydrated, and emotionally supported until I could get home. You can feel how loving, calm, and genuinely compassionate she is with animals.
