What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have been cat sitting for about 4 years now, and have dealt with cats with a variety of needs and personalities. I have cat sat for kitties that require a lot of attention, play time, or food, and have also cat sat kitties that need their space and may be challenging to find. As long as they are happy and healthy, I am happy to be of service to them any way they need. I enjoy providing peace of mind to the owners and being there for the cats during a this change in routine. I love seeing their personalities grow as their trust does, and ensuring I am a safe space while their owners are away.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have two cats currently, a black american short hair lady named Zuri and an orange tabby gentleman named Nelson!

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

As someone who has a cat that is an escape artist, I know how to lock down a home so no cat gets past me. I am always vigilante opening and closing doors, and ensure to have eyes on the feline prior to reaching for any handle. Growing up and to this day, I am the designated family member retrieving the escapees and bringing them back to the home, so I have experience in that as a last resort. I am also mindful of any windows that could also be a potential hazard. The cats safety and security is my top priority.

She took great care of our kitties while we were on vacation, feeding, playing, cleaning their litter, and staying in touch with friendly, polite, quick responses and pictures that gave us the peace of mind we needed so we could enjoy our time with family! Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
