Even my shy and stubborn black cats were showing affection and excitement for her visits by the end. It was such a relief having such a kind wonderful person who took into account my cats different personalities that I didn't have to worry about meds being dispensed or them getting lonely. She spent plenty of play time with all three of them, and even our spicy, cranky tortie (with lots of torititude!) plays with her and is comfortable around her - something which is difficult to accomplish! She sent us plenty of videos and pictures every day to let us see how they were doing and was extremely responsive to all of our messages to her while we were gone. Moreover, Brooke went out of her way to make sure the kitties' areas were tidy and clean, that their water was fresh, litter boxes were cleaned, AND she also fed the outdoor strays we take care of while we are home. I highly recommend Brooke to anyone who is looking for a person they can trust and feel comfortable leaving their fur babies with."

"We had been looking for our primary cat sitter long time and now we found Kristin! One of our cats is scared of everything in this world and we expected he would not come out even for food. But Kristin took sometime to sit in the living room and see if he comes out and he did!! She listened to us very very well and did everything following our instruction (That was our previous issues with sime sitters) and also tidied the kitchen area so well.
