Her communication is excellent -- she let me know when she was there and when she left, and sent me both kitty photos and photos of clean litter boxes and full dishes. 😊 I would trust her with my kitties any time without hesitation! She also shows genuine care and appreciation, so I know my kitties were truly cared for, not just a chore for her to complete. She went above and beyond, too, bringing in packages from the front porch, cleaning up the previous cat dishes, and refilling their water supply. She's the best!! I highly recommend her (and I'm quite picky 😊) and will absolutely have her watch my kitties again whenever I'm traveling in the future."

Not only did she ensure our sweet fur baby was taken care of, she also totally saved the entire care operation for our kitty, which involved multiple caregivers needing to enter our empty house, by personally replacing the batteries in our electronic door lock, which happened to come close to dying the day after my partner and I left. And if that wasn’t enough, she left a sweet note and a gift bag with Churu and greenies for my cat to munch on. Vanessa will not let you down."

"Sydnee was so thoughtful and amazing with the 3 cats, she truly has a natural kindness and our tortoiseshell cat adored her (she doesn't do well with new people). Even when our flight was cancelled, Sydnee was amazing and took an extra last minute day/reservation to take care of our babies. Our situation is a bit complicated because we have four cats, one of which cannot be around our other three due to aggression issues so we have to keep them separated at all times, which means we are always worried about at least one cat needing love and attention - Brooke provided us with plenty of pictures and videos of all the different ways that she cared for our cats, and it was obvious in all of our communication with her that she went above and beyond to make sure every single one of our cats knew they were being loved, cared for, and paid attention to while we were gone, which made being separated from them so much easier and gave us so much peace of mind."
