Annette is very kind and attentive! She provided thorough updates every time she came by (with pictures!) and even noticed when a few shelves had fallen off a wall while we were gone and let me know and tidied up some of the items that had fallen down.

Annette was the perfect companion for my kitties for my unexpected holiday travel. She's thoughtful, kind, and very dedicated to the comfort and care of cats in all ways. She sent photos every day along with a little report of the visit. Honestly, I hadn't expected having the photos of them would be so meaningful, but they were. Annette's big heart combined with a thoughtful attention to detail and "the little things" made everything else so much easier for me. She's a gem!

Annette took care of our two cats, Momo and Nana, for 11 days while we were on vacation, and she was absolutely amazing! Both cats were super well cared for and clearly loved her visits. She made sure they had fresh food and water every day, cleaned the litter box, and even kept an eye on their eating and bathroom habits — so professional and caring! Our kitten Nana also got some playtime and attention every day, which she loved. We felt completely at ease knowing Annette was looking after them. We’ll definitely book her again next time!
