It is easy to see how much Emma truly cares about cats and that she will do whatever is necessary to make sure that their time away from you is as stress-free as possible."

"Shay was great! She offered to come and meet our cat Bella a few weeks before we went away so that she could get instructions and see our home. She always sent pictures of Bella even when she was hiding she tried to entice her with a toy to get a picture. She also feed our fish and watered my aerogarden in my kitchen. She scooped the litterbox and cleaned up all the cat bowls. I felt secure that our elderly cat was in good hands and that Shay would communicate any issues with us. I think written directions are helpful which I also left in case she had any questions. I would recommend Shay because of her good communication and experience with the complex personalities of cats."
