"Diana is amazing and a cat whisperer! She's watched our babies several times now and always takes her time and gives the best care to our shy boy, Belmont, and our elderly lady, Ava. Ava requires twice daily insulin injections and occasional subcutaneous fluids administered. Diana is always on time and performs these tasks with ease. Belmont usually hides from everyone, but he and Diana are now besties. She really has a way of making the shyest cats comfortable. She even feeds our fish, checks on our lizard, and brought in a package from our doorstep. She truly goes above and beyond! I highly recommend her!"

"This was my first time using Meowtel on the customer side, and I was nervous about what kind of chaos my large cat fam would cause while I was out of town, but Kara was amazing and ensured everything went smoothly! She made sure my boy Gus got his medication each evening, and spent time with all of my cats, earned the favor of a few shy babies and gave plenty of love to the more social ones. She was also thorough in checking on everyone, and successfully got photos of each kitty every single visit, even the ones who tucked themselves away! 😸 Everyone was in good spirits when I returned home and eased back into their routines with no fuss.
