I also loved that she sent us daily updates with pictures of him. she also took care of our 3 little guinea pigs . Thank You so much for taking care of our little fur babies so we could enjoy our vacation with ease💕👍👍"

"We cannot say enough wonderful things about Sophie. While we were away, our senior cat Mingus unexpectedly had a seizure and needed emergency care. Sophie acted immediately, contacted us right away, and quite honestly, her quick response may have saved his life. We rushed home as soon as we heard, but throughout the entire ordeal, Sophie kept in constant communication with us, checked on our baby and even went to visit him in the ER. Her kindness, compassion and dedication to the kitties in her care went above and beyond anything we could have expected from a pet sitter. She cared for Mingus like he was her own. Emergencies happen and we are endlessly grateful that Sophie was there when Mingus needed someone most. We are so thankful for everything she did for our old boy, and now he is back to his normal self and enjoying his favorite spot in the sun! 🌞"

Carolyn went above and beyond to accommodate last minute changes in my reservation (I had somehow selected the wrong date and visit length, and didn’t notice until the night before). She even contacted customer service on my behalf to ensure that my mistake was corrected and that I didn’t have to pay extra, which was extremely generous of her. Excellent communication before, during, and after the visit. She clearly takes the assignment seriously of taking care of your kitty. I felt completely reassured leaving my cat Khan with her. Highly recommend."
