"We cannot say enough wonderful things about Sophie. While we were away, our senior cat Mingus unexpectedly had a seizure and needed emergency care. Sophie acted immediately, contacted us right away, and quite honestly, her quick response may have saved his life. We rushed home as soon as we heard, but throughout the entire ordeal, Sophie kept in constant communication with us, checked on our baby and even went to visit him in the ER. Her kindness, compassion and dedication to the kitties in her care went above and beyond anything we could have expected from a pet sitter. She cared for Mingus like he was her own. Emergencies happen and we are endlessly grateful that Sophie was there when Mingus needed someone most. We are so thankful for everything she did for our old boy, and now he is back to his normal self and enjoying his favorite spot in the sun! 🌞"

It was easy to schedule a time to do the meet and greet, during which time she took diligent notes and asked relevant questions about care for the cats. While watching the cats, she provided regular updates with information regarding the visit, as well as pictures and videos of the cats which are always great to see when you're away. The cats seemed to have a great time with her according to the videos and were happy and healthy when I got home. It was great having Maryam as our sitter, and I will certainly book her again in the future."
