Our cat can be shy with strangers, but Michelle seemed to earn his trust and make him feel at ease. She was great with communication and updates. Definitely going to try and book with her again."

We have two wonderful cats who are very accustomed to their routines and it can be challenging having someone outside their situation step in and help care for them, but they took to Kristen right away. We even had an issue crop up with one of our cats' eyes requiring medical attention, and Kristen was super supportive and communicated openly about everything she observed while there with the cats.
