"Valeria was a wonderful sitter as always! She was of course great with our cat, and she sent us very meaningful updates with loads of cute pictures and videos. She also left the house super tidy and clean, making it so easy for us to come home on a Sunday evening. The first night we were gone, moreover, our a/c went out unexpectedly, and Valeria was both super patient and helpful as we worked with our landlord to get it back up and running. Will be booking Valeria again for our next trip!"

She is great about communication, sends photos and videos for every visit, and is mindful of Freedom's health and medication. When I realized that we would be getting back home later then initially expected Mina was able to give Freedom additional food and even sent a message asking if he was doing ok after our reservation ended, which I think speaks to the care she has for the cats she watches over."

Not only did she provide excellent day-to-day care, but she also handled an unexpected situation with remarkable attentiveness: One of our (four) cats accidentally shut himself into a bedroom without access to food or water, and Amy quickly noticed something was wrong, located him, and made sure that he was safe. This was not an easy situation, and her quick thinking and genuine care made all the difference. It’s clear that Amy treats the animals she cares for as if they were her own. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and would trust her again without hesitation."

She was also more than happy to help with additional tasks around the house, including taking in the mail, putting out the garbage, emptying the dehumidifier daily, and watering our plants. She truly went above and beyond our expectations. The care and attention she provided showed us that her services go far beyond simply feeding a cat and changing the litter.
