"Valeria was a wonderful sitter as always! She was of course great with our cat, and she sent us very meaningful updates with loads of cute pictures and videos. She also left the house super tidy and clean, making it so easy for us to come home on a Sunday evening. The first night we were gone, moreover, our a/c went out unexpectedly, and Valeria was both super patient and helpful as we worked with our landlord to get it back up and running. Will be booking Valeria again for our next trip!"

Not only did she provide excellent day-to-day care, but she also handled an unexpected situation with remarkable attentiveness: One of our (four) cats accidentally shut himself into a bedroom without access to food or water, and Amy quickly noticed something was wrong, located him, and made sure that he was safe. This was not an easy situation, and her quick thinking and genuine care made all the difference. It’s clear that Amy treats the animals she cares for as if they were her own. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and would trust her again without hesitation."

In addition, she always sends lots of photos and a detailed description of her time with Bella, which makes it easier to be apart from him. When asked whether she could administer subcutaneous fluids to Bella as medication, she was willing and able to do so. Bella also has a complex feeding routine with multiple medications, and she also picked this up very quickly. I feel very grateful to have her in Bella’s life, and I know that when I am away, Bella is in good hands."
