Not only did she provide excellent day-to-day care, but she also handled an unexpected situation with remarkable attentiveness: One of our (four) cats accidentally shut himself into a bedroom without access to food or water, and Amy quickly noticed something was wrong, located him, and made sure that he was safe. This was not an easy situation, and her quick thinking and genuine care made all the difference. It’s clear that Amy treats the animals she cares for as if they were her own. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and would trust her again without hesitation."

"This was our second time calling in Shar when we had to travel and she was great, again. Our formerly feral kitties mostly hide whenever a stranger is in the house but Shar kept the fed, watered, and with clean litter boxes. She even managed to snap a few pics of them, which is a minor miracle."
