She was very communicative and let us know she was on her way or heading out. she also took a lot of pictures of them and judging by the way they meowed when she got through the door they seemed to absolutely adore her. she’s awesome! "Roza was an excellent sitter for our elderly cat who needs subcutaneous fluids twice a day due to kidney failure. She sends lots of photos and updates, and brought in a large package that arrived a few days earlier than expected. It was a huge relief to know our cat was still getting his fluids while we were away, we really enjoyed working with Roza!"

"This was the first time we left our cats for longer days and Maryanne was amazing taking care of our 3 kitties. She really gave us a peace of mind being able to enjoy our vacation for a couple of days knowing the cats were in great hands. She communicated with us everyday and sent lots of photos and updates. One of our cat who is afraid of strangers was drawn to her and was coming out to get some love. Her energy is great and they felt it. We came back home and everyone was in happy spirits and content. She took the time to come by for a meet-and-greet beforehand to get to know both me and my cats, which I really appreciated and showed how thoughtful and attentive she is. During the visits, she was incredibly thorough and caring - making sure they had plenty of playtime, treats, clean litter, and lots of attention. She kept me updated with detailed messages and the sweetest photos/videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear she genuinely cared about their comfort and happiness rather than just “checking in” on them. One of my cats can be a little shy at first, but Somayah was so patient and gentle that they both warmed up to her so quickly. You can tell she truly loves animals and understands their personalities. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would trust her again in a heartbeat. It was clear from the updates and photos she sent that they absolutely loved her, which gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful time. On top of that, she even brought in our mail, which was such a thoughtful extra touch. Her communication was consistent and reassuring throughout, and we always felt like our cats were in the best hands. We can’t recommend Kimberly highly enough.
