She sends lots of photos and updates, and brought in a large package that arrived a few days earlier than expected. It was a huge relief to know our cat was still getting his fluids while we were away, we really enjoyed working with Roza!"

Her daily updates were very detailed, thoughtful, and loaded with photos. I genuinely looked forward to them every day. Not only did she take amazing care of our cats, but she made sure they were happy and comfortable—spending time playing with them and giving them plenty of attention. It was clear from the updates and photos she sent that they absolutely loved her, which gave us so much peace of mind during a stressful time. On top of that, she even brought in our mail, which was such a thoughtful extra touch. "Joyce was great with my two carts. She was very thorough in our meet and greet and had great questions (clearly has experience and knows what to ask watching other’s cats!) My cats have tendency of throwing up what they eat, and I was hoping they would be good for the week Joyce stopped by. Unfortunately she got stuck cleaning up their throw up several times and always reported about it. She also brought in our packages and generally was great about watching our place. Would definitely trust her to watch my girls again."
