"To say I am obsessed with Ella is an understatement. She is top tier in every category- very responsive, accommodating, patient with our cats, and knowledgeable! And to top it off- she is incredibly kind. She brought toys and puzzles for our cats to play with (because new toys will always be more interesting than ones they have!) and sent us daily photos and updates. She even explained to us how to fix our litter robot and offered to do it herself while we were away! Genuinely, you will not regret hiring Ella. She deserves 500 stars."
