She came twice a day and spent about 20-30 mins each time and sent us updates of the cats along with their pictures. "Melissa was absolutely amazing as my cat-sitter! Reliable, dependable, upbeat, caring, and friendly! She left me details about my cat and took photos of the empty food bowls after arriving every morning! It's always reassuring when I can see that my cat has been eating! Melissa was prompt with her visits (8am-9am) and had great attention to detail. A couple times, my shy cat was hiding during her visit, but on one visit, She was able to spot the cat in the living room and took a video of my cat doing some very sad and soulful meowing. Melissa spoke sweetly and softly on the video, reassuring the cat that she was safe, and that I'd be back home soon. It was so touching to be able to view that video! Melissa treated my Meezer like it was her own cat! I never for a moment worried about my cat's care, and was able to fully relax and enjoy my vacation! I highly recommend Melissa and plan to use her as my permanent cat-sitter whenever I'm away!"

"Kim is an ideal catsitter. My cat Oliver is scared of strangers, and spent the first half of her visit hiding under the bed, but she slowly grew on him by tempting him with treats and toys. By the second half, he came out for her for petting and brushing. She took care of him very well, making sure he had eaten and drunk water every day, and showed me pictures of all of his bowls both before and after refilling them. She also cleaned his litter box and gave him medications, even during the time when he was afraid of her. I was gone for over two weeks, which is the longest I've ever been away from my cat without my mom there to watch him, and Kim made me feel a lot safer about my cat living alone during that time. Her daily communication and detailed accounts of her visits with Oliver were the reassurance I needed that I couldn't see over a petcam."
