"We had a great experience with Jessie and would definitely use her again! She was an excellent communicator from the start, arranging an early meet-and-greet to make sure everyone was a good fit. She was friendly, attentive, and took the time to listen to our concerns, routines, and specific needs. Jessie is very calm and gentle, which was especially important for our cats, including one who is quite skittish. She seemed very natural with them, patiently letting them come to her at their own pace rather than forcing interaction. It was clear she understood how to make cats feel comfortable and secure. While we were away, Jessie provided regular updates, and followed all of our instructions carefully. We came home to content cats and a home that was just as we left it. Their food and litter areas were clean and well maintained, and everything was in great order. Having someone so reliable and caring looking after our pets gave us real peace of mind. Highly recommend!"
