"Hillary was absolutely outstanding. She did a thorough meet and greet, took the time to introduce herself to my cats, and made sure she gathered all the information she needed before I left. While I was away, she truly went above and beyond, she gave my cats their own little vacation. She spent quality time with them brushing, playing, and interacting, not just stopping in for the basics. She sent detailed updates with photos and videos at every visit, which were exciting to receive and gave me total peace of mind knowing they were being cared for so well. One of my cats can be very moody and feisty, and Hillary handled him with incredible patience and understanding. She even checked in about my travel plans to make sure everything was covered until I was safely home. I couldn’t recommend her more highly."

She always sent pictures of Bella even when she was hiding she tried to entice her with a toy to get a picture. She also feed our fish and watered my aerogarden in my kitchen. She scooped the litterbox and cleaned up all the cat bowls. I felt secure that our elderly cat was in good hands and that Shay would communicate any issues with us. I think written directions are helpful which I also left in case she had any questions. I would recommend Shay because of her good communication and experience with the complex personalities of cats."
