"I was scolding myself for getting a sitter for my cats so late, but I knew I had to go with someone, and Rachel came and saved the day. Was only gone for a small amount of time, but when Rachel came over, she was very careful to get every detail to try and keep my cats comfortable, down to where they like to be pet. When I was gone, every update nearly brought me to tears during a stressful work trip, as I could tell my kids were happy and thriving. They don't have any medications to track, but Rachel kept me apprised of medical needs I might need to look out for. She also updatd me on they eating and play behavior. Despite the reservation being made so late, my cats were pampered for the small trip they were without me and that was the most important thing. ❤️"

"Vicky is the most thoughtful, organized and professional sitter I’ve had (and that’s saying something bc I’ve used many different sitters and companies over 5 yrs). I’m amazed at how much time she took to understand both our needs. She even had a template she filled out by hand! I was very anxious to leave my kitty who needs to be pilled by hand and we’ve had traumatic experiences while I was out of town before. I’ve also had a previous sitter who listed that they were experienced with pill-ing but were unable to (I’m unsure why). but Vicky did a great job and I can tell how much she cared about making sure Sushi was comfortable with her. She provided consistent updates and went above and beyond to keep my kitchen clean (which I didn’t expect). I’m planning on scheduling with her for my next trip!"

I knew during our meet and greet that Erika was exactly the person I needed to be able to step away from my kitty so I could enjoy my long awaited vacation. She listened to my concerns and we collaborated on solutions in the event Dolly declined while I was gone. Dolly was towards the end of her life, requiring medications twice daily and needing close monitoring of her eating and litter box use. Erika was incredibly reassuring throughout my time away. She kept me updated on Dolly’s status when she arrived for the night and before she left the next morning, sending photos and videos as well. She communicated not just with me, but my friends who were assisting during the daytime on any concerns or things to check in on during their visits. Erika helped to keep my Dolly comfortable and cared during her final days, and for that I will always be grateful. "Aimen is more than a cat sitter. He is a care giver for what is among the most dear to us, our pet family. Our pets are our family. Just like people, our pets have different needs and personalities. Aimen answered and shared updates with my daughter, my spouse, and myself. Unbeknownst to myself, my daughter and spouse were each reaching out to Aimen on top of the many messages I sent and Aimen was beyond responsive and helpful. We have 4 indoor rescue cats - 1 of which was recently an outdoor community cat that was injured resulting in a leg amputation. Aimen was helpful on ensuring Sox had each set of stairs adjusted daily for optimum mobility. We also care for 2 outdoor community cats that Aimen took care of while we were on vacation. In addition, Aimen took care of my daughter's pet lizzard. Not only did Aimen take care of our pet family, he also took care of our home. He brought in a car cover that blew off a vehicle, brought in multiple delivery packages, took out our trash and recycle receptacles. He helped my family be at ease while we were on vacation."

She has been watching my cat, Pearl, for several years now and always goes the extra mile — not because I ask, but because she treats my cat and my home with the same care she’d treat her own. In the past, Alayna has watched Pearl during holidays that had crazy ice storms and power outages. She has dealt with my anxious baby’s piles of puke and hairballs everywhere, helped us with experimental dry food feeders, manual litter boxes and litter robots, trash days, and mail and package pickup when we’re having theft in the area. I’ve recommended Alayna to others, including my parents, and they’ve had great experiences as well. She always provides cute photos and updates about our babies that make us feel peace of mind when traveling, and she’s a clear, prompt communicator when we forget to tell her about something or need to ask for a quick adjustment to the plan.
