"Juliana was a delight, she sent lots of pics and videos to keep me in the loop and also gave updates on my cats mood. She played with Khaleesi and my cat is usually too scared of strangers but clearly Juliana has a good heart that my kitty could feel!"

Eugenia Loves Cats
"Eugenia was absolutely fantastic caring for our two cats for 10+ days while we were away. She stayed at our apartment and left it sparkling clean. She was extremely communicative and sent us tons of photos and videos of the cats twice a day to check in. She was also so kind when having to deal with a noisy CO2 alarm that was going off because of a low battery. I talked her through how to unplug it and she coordinated with the maintenance man. The cats clearly got tons of playtime and snuggles with her. We’ve already booked her again for our next trip! 10/10 recommend."

Reliable Sitter Providing Peace Of Mind
"TLDR; HIRE KYLE — Best sitter around, worth every cent! Deserves infinite amount of stars. Five stars simply aren't enough for the quality of care and comfort Kyle provides. When one of my boys came home from the hospital just three days before a crucial work trip requiring complex medical treatments 3x a day, I was an absolute nervous wreck. My original sitter understandably had to back out due to the medical requirements, and my cats mean the absolute WORLD to me. I was terrified of how I would ever find someone knowledgeable, confident with medications, and genuinely kind. Then I found Kyle. From our very first meeting, my boys immediately took to him—it was honestly shocking how comfortable they were with him right away. Kyle asked thoughtful questions, mapped out emergency symptoms, recorded vet contacts just in case I was unavailable, and made sure every detail of their care was locked down. During my trip, he was BEYOND phenomenal. He sent constant updates, photos, and videos, letting me know about their appetite and bathroom habits. For the first time in months, I could actually focus on giving my best work instead of stressing over my babies. He didn't mind my odd hour responses or my tutorial videos on how to administer meds, and when one of my boys was being picky, Kyle went completely above and beyond by offering to cook and hand feed him. My boys actually miss him! He is officially my go to sitter. If you need someone who will treat your pets like their own and give you total peace of mind, Kyle is your person. THANK YOU, KYLE!!"

"Melissa was really gracious about a last minute reservation, and I'm so relieved that I found her. She took many great videos and photos of my boys, and gave extra time to handle some very unexpected accidents from one of them, even helping to pick up new litter to change out. Thank you so much Melissa for being communicative and flexible! 🥰"

Hello Cat Parents Golden Paw Cat Care
"Shannon is the cat sitter you are looking for especially if you have a cat who takes meds! It was clear from the meet/greet that she takes her cat sitting responsibilities seriously and that she was quite experienced with cats with medical needs based on her questions. She is very communicative, able to manage multiple cat medications and thoughtful. We received daily videos, photos and updates about how our cat was doing, including any signs of his IBS, what he was eating/drinking, and litter box use. She made sure to empty the litter genie and left our kitchen in tip top shape after staying over for 6 nights. I would recommend her highly."

"Taylor was amazing with Cleo! She followed all of our instructions and suggestions as Cleo is an anxious non-eater. She got Cleo to eat her wet food after multiple tries. Cleo is also a highly territorial cat and Taylor was very patient with her. She left Cleo treats around the house to keep her entertained. We are very grateful for Taylor and would trust to leave our Cleo under Taylor’s care!"

Veteran Cat Sitter - Mosh Pit Enthusiast
"I was away for an extended trip and left my cats in Amy's hands during some genuinely rough weather - not easy. She kept me updated throughout, which gave me peace of mind while I was far away. She actually got my shy cat to come out. Anyone who has a skittish cat knows how rare that is — most people who come to the house never even catch a glimpse of him, let alone get him to warm up. She's patient, calm, and genuinely good with cats rather than just going through the motions. I came home to a happy, well-cared-for cat and zero worries."

"Our cat Milo is very shy around new people but when he first met Elizabeth it was like he had known her since he was born. During our trip she sent us videos and photos and we were in shock to see him so affectionate with her, following her around the apartment and asking for kisses on the forehead. This was our first time using Meowtel and we'll definitely book with Elizabeth in the future."

"Stephanie was absolutely amazing. She watched my cat for 1 week, and she went above and beyond every day! I felt so safe with her in my home, and by the extensive photos and videos, I could tell my cat was in heaven with her. I consider her a cat whisperer! She is an excellent communicator, always responding promptly. I appreciated her sweeping the litter around the box (without me asking) and her creativity/humor in photos/videos she sent me. Cannot recommend her more!"

Beth Petz
"Elizabeth is a wonderful cat sitter. She is always willing to go the extra mile for my cat Bella, be it bringing her own laser pointer to play with him or adding extra water to his food as a remedy for his kidney disease. In addition, she always sends lots of photos and a detailed description of her time with Bella, which makes it easier to be apart from him. When asked whether she could administer subcutaneous fluids to Bella as medication, she was willing and able to do so. Bella also has a complex feeding routine with multiple medications, and she also picked this up very quickly. I feel very grateful to have her in Bella’s life, and I know that when I am away, Bella is in good hands."

Rue's Kitkat Heaven
"Ru generally did a good job checking on my cats. The update with videos was very much appreciated. And the litter box was cleaned up nicely. My only concern is that the feeding instructions were not followed exactly. I came home to water in the additional bowls that were set out for their dry food. So, I was a little concerned they didn't receive as much food as instructed."

Lauren
"Lauren is absolutely amazing with our cat Milo! In the past we’ve been nervous when leaving because we don’t want him to get lonely or sad, but he loves Lauren so much that now when we leave we know he will be just as happy and as well taken care of as when we’re there. She also always sends the best pictures and videos of him so that we know he’s doing well. When we had travel issues and ended up taking longer than we’d planned to get home, Lauren didn’t hesitate to offer to come an extra time to make sure Milo would get fed and played with. She made us feel completely at ease about the situation, which took so much stress off of us. We’ll definitely be asking for her help again in the future!"

"Ally is exceptional, and I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and communicative catsitter! This was my first time leaving my boy and hiring a catsitter, so I was naturally anxious. As soon as I had my first call with Ally, my nerves were quelled. She clearly loves cats and asked many thoughtful questions during the meet & greet. During each visit, she sent many photos and videos. My cat is sometimes shy around new people, but he immediately warmed up to Ally (as evidenced by the aforementioned photos and videos), which is a testament to her caring nature. Highly recommend!"

"Emilie is absolutely amazing! She took care of my foster who is very shy, and extremely wary of strangers. She was so patient with him, playing soothing music for him and even spending extra time with him on certain days when he was brave enough to come out of his hiding spot. I got daily images and updates. And came back to everything super clean. If I had it my way, she'd be my sitter every time I'm out of town."

"Erika was an outstanding overnight cat sitter for my senior kitty. So far she has completed three separate bookings for my cat: 3 nights, 2 nights, and 15 nights. Erika was unphased by the requirements of my senior kitty: twice daily pills, twice daily ear drops/ointment, and daily ear cleaning. She reported several times through the day on exactly what time these things were done, and how they went. Additionally, my cat is prone to going on hunger strikes when I leave; Erika promptly communicated how much the kitty ate and how long it took for her to eat (or not) her food so we could make decisions together about whether/when to stimulate her appetite. For one more challenge, my cat was having some litter box issues; thanks to Erika’s diligent reports, we tested a different litter and box placement and found a combination that got kitty back on track. Erika sent great photos and updates. She was a perfect house guest as well— my place looks as good or better than when I left, even after a couple weeks. I’ve already rebooked Erika for my next trip. And my cat will be thrilled— it’s clear she got a little attached and enjoyed “helping” with her knitting."
