He sent frequent updates, photos, and videos at every visit, which gave us so much peace of mind. He was very attentive checking her food, water fountain, litter box, medication, and overall behavior, while also making sure she had playtime, treats, and comfort. What stood out most was how genuinely caring and communicative he was. As anxious cat parents, we truly appreciated how thoughtful and reassuring he was throughout the entire stay. "Jenna made sure everything was perfect! My 20 yr old blind and deaf kitty and 15 yr old kitty (Trouble) loved her. I was in the hospital and knowing the girls were being well cared for was reassuring. I went to the ER and Jenna started unexpected visits twice daily that afternoon… I really appreciated her flexibility! the photos and comments kept me smiling and I could see everything was normal. I’m very grateful to have Jenna as the girls’ sitter and thankful for her hard work and attention to detail!"
