From the meet & greet, we could already tell Cláudio felt comfortable around her, and seeing him excited to greet her at the door every visit just confirmed it even more. From beginning to end, she was reliable, professional, caring, and clearly very attentive to him. Nothing felt automatic or rushed. You could tell she genuinely cared and treated him with patience, affection, and respect every time she came by. Leaving Cláudio under someone else’s care is not something we take lightly, so having that level of trust and peace of mind meant a lot to us. We really appreciate everything she did."

We had a very nice meet & greet and I felt that my cats would be very safe with her. Anna came exactly when she said she would; fed, watered, and cleaned the cats perfectly; sent messages and short videos. She even got one of our shy babies to play! Anna is lovely to work with.
