"Madeleine is a wonderful cat-sitter who truly loves and cares for the pets she looks after. My girl requires three types of medications administered in three different ways at different times throughout the day — transdermal, oral, and via food — and Maddy handled the entire routine with ease and confidence, without any unnecessary stress for my cat. That alone is no small feat. She wasn't afraid to ask questions or clarify details upfront, which honestly made me feel so much better about leaving. Maddy has a cat herself, so she understands the anxiety of leaving your baby in the care of someone else. Maddy kept me updated the whole time with cute pictures, followed every one of the extremely detailed instructions I left, and when I got home Kitten was happy, the space was clean, and everything was just as I'd left it. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she's with, not just about getting the job done. I know for a fact that Kitten was treated like the little queen she believes she is. I couldn't recommend Maddy more. If you need someone reliable, communicative, and who will treat your pet like their own, Madeleine is your person."
