"Vivienne is exceptionally diligent! My home is a bit of a complex case with three cats, four different types of food, and five litter boxes, but she followed all of my instructions perfectly and faithfully. My cats are quite shy around strangers, but Vivienne bonded with them from day one and took wonderful care of them. My eldest cat needs frequent eye cleaning due to excessive tearing, and Vivienne was able to handle this smoothly from the very first day by using treats. She also kept the feeding and litter areas clean by sweeping up, and since I hired her for an hour, she spent every remaining minute playing with the cats once her tasks were done. I am beyond satisfied with her service and will definitely be hiring her again!"

"Diego was all around AMAZING throughout his 9 night stay with my two kitties, Moonlight & Wolfie!! It started with him really taking the time to get down all of the details during our meet & greet. His high level of care continued throughout the sit by giving me updates on Moonlight's eating habits (I had started trying to sort out pickiness issues vs. health issues with her prior to my trip.). He was very responsive whenever I sent him a message. He was great about sending pics. He even went over and above to go out and purchase more of the food that Moonlight was choosing to eat over others so that I would have enough to get me through for a few days after returning. He left our place very tidy, which is always nice to come home to from a trip. Simply put, he genuinely cared for the wellbeing of both of my cats and actively engaged with them. Also, based on the pics it was obvious they really enjoyed him being here with them! What a blessing to have been able to completely trust that my cats were in good hands while on vacation for 10 days... especially given that one was having eating issues!! Would I book Diego again? Absolutely... in fact, I already have!! Would I recommend Diego? 100%!!!"
