"Our cat was diagnosed with a heart condition right before we had to travel, and Jacob went above and beyond to give him his medication with as little stress as possible, despite having little notice. He even came by early to meet our cat and help him get used to his scent before we left. Our cat can be very difficult to medicate, but Jacob was patient, thoughtful, and found a way to give him his medicine while keeping him as calm and comfortable as possible. Jacob clearly cares and is very responsible. We highly recommend him!"

She was able to build a bond with Pebbles by the second day, an impressive feat with a kitty that is used to being pampered 24/7. Andie was very communicative, providing us with plenty of updates and photos during her visits. She provided feedback on Pebbles' status, and was able to incorporate our suggestions into her workflow. Andie even unboxed a few basic toys (tunnel, ball pyramid) that we ordered for our bored kitty while we were away. Andie takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the pets she is taking care of. "Diego was all around AMAZING throughout his 9 night stay with my two kitties, Moonlight & Wolfie!! It started with him really taking the time to get down all of the details during our meet & greet. His high level of care continued throughout the sit by giving me updates on Moonlight's eating habits (I had started trying to sort out pickiness issues vs. health issues with her prior to my trip.). He was very responsive whenever I sent him a message. He was great about sending pics. He even went over and above to go out and purchase more of the food that Moonlight was choosing to eat over others so that I would have enough to get me through for a few days after returning. He left our place very tidy, which is always nice to come home to from a trip. Simply put, he genuinely cared for the wellbeing of both of my cats and actively engaged with them. Also, based on the pics it was obvious they really enjoyed him being here with them! What a blessing to have been able to completely trust that my cats were in good hands while on vacation for 10 days... especially given that one was having eating issues!! Would I book Diego again? Absolutely... in fact, I already have!! Would I recommend Diego? 100%!!!"

We have three cats with a somewhat complicated feeding routine (4 different food types across 6 bowls), and she followed every instruction perfectly without missing a beat. What impressed me most was her interaction with the cats. Our youngest is usually terrified of strangers—it even took my parents a week to get close to her—but she warmed up to Valerie in just one day! Also, our eldest needs daily eye cleaning and usually refuses to let stranger touch his face, but Valerie was able to care for him from day one. She clearly has a magic touch. She also went above and beyond by refilling the heavy litter sand, even though I explicitly told her she didn't need to worry about it. She is attentive, caring, and professional.
