She responded to messages quickly, set up a meet and greet at a mutually convenient time, spent almost 45 mins with us, tried to meet our two kitties to establish rapport right away. She paid attention to all the feeding and care instructions. And agreed upon how best to care for our cats. She was patient with our shy cat and managed to get her to come out from her hiding place. Arden sent us multiple pictures and videos of every visit and we could see how comfortable the cats were in her presence. She was quick to connect with us when our community gate had issues. She handled the whole visit very well and I highly recommend her services. We are going to book Arden again soon."

She was thorough, respectful, and made me feel completely comfortable having her in my home. She didn’t just take great care of my cats, she also brought in the mail, put out the garbage cans, and emptied the litter genie. Everything was done perfectly. Gertie isn’t always the friendliest with new people, but she seemed genuinely comfortable around Nicole, which says everything. Nicole also sent daily messages with photos and updates, which I really appreciated. I felt so at ease while I was away that I didn’t have to worry at all. I can’t recommend her enough and will absolutely be booking with her again."

What impressed me most was her interaction with the cats. Our youngest is usually terrified of strangers—it even took my parents a week to get close to her—but she warmed up to Valerie in just one day! Also, our eldest needs daily eye cleaning and usually refuses to let stranger touch his face, but Valerie was able to care for him from day one. She clearly has a magic touch. She also went above and beyond by refilling the heavy litter sand, even though I explicitly told her she didn't need to worry about it. She is attentive, caring, and professional.
