"Sam did an amazing job taking care of my two cats, Coconut and Hart, while we were away. She was professional, reliable, and very attentive to details. Before the trip, she took the time to meet us and learn about our cats' routines and needs. During her visits, she kept us updated and made sure everything was taken care of, including food, water, playtime, and litter box maintenance. What impressed me most was how thoughtful and responsible she was. She even took extra precautions around the house to make sure our cats stayed safe. By the end of the trip, both cats had become comfortable with her, which says a lot because they can be shy around new people. When we returned home, everything was clean, organized, and our cats were happy and healthy. It gave us great peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands.
