Jeff did amazing at taking care of our three cats! He even went beyond to vacuum, sweeped and threw away our cat litter. Our cats got comfortable with him fast! He also sent us updates with pictures during his visit. We would definitely trust him again with our cats the next time we are out of town.

Excellent care. Sitter showed up regularly so my furbabies knew he was coming. He did everything we asked which included some lights on/off and TV on/off and provided medication to one of our furbabies. Very accommodating. Trustworthy...which was important to us since furbabies are our kiddos. And helped us when we somehow got locked out of meowtel site...sitter was notified and continued to send daily pics and updates via text. Jeff us a great guy...will definitely use him again!!

This was our first time using a cat sitter in ages, so we were a little nervous. But Jeff went above and beyond to ease our fears and take incredible care of our two cats. He sent us text updates every day—with pictures!—to let us know how our little guys were doing. They took to him like a new best friend, so that's a five-star review from the felines too. Can't thank Jeff enough for his excellent care of our kitties again this past weekend. Our diabetic was not home when Jeff came for his pm visits both nights, so Jeff returned later in the evening to make sure he got his shot. Truly thankful to have found such a kind and concerned caretaker. ?

Braelynn (the daughter) watched my two cats for a week over Thanksgiving. My older cat takes oral medication twice a day and the younger one is very shy, so I was worried about leaving them alone. She sent me picture updates and even offered to visit the evening I was returning since she heard there were possible flight delays. Great service!

Came home to some happy cats! Michelle is flexible when it comes to the special needs of my two boys. One is older with a heart condition, and the younger one is too rough with him often so during the day, they are separated in their own private areas complete with cat trees, etc. My younger one who initially has social issues really warmed up to Michelle, which says a lot about her! Highly recommend.

Michelle is a great sitter! This is the second time she’s taken care of my cat and this time, she helped watched my other, problem cat after he wasn’t doing well at the pet hotel he was at and was sprung by a friend. (He’s hard on my senior cat when I’m not around and didn’t think keeping him in a room alone all day was best). We worked it out! Michelle is reliable and thoughtful and really loves cats. x

What a great experience! Michelle's husband and son watched my cat while I was out of town. I know they did a great job because my kitty was her usual playful, friendly self when I came home. It was also easy to set up a first meet with them, and I got pictures of my kitty while I was away. The sitter was not Michelle, but her daughter. Very nice family. Kitty was taken care of very well. I was especially impressed that even my super-shy kitty let her brush and pet him. Communication with me could have been more proactive though.

It was great having Michelle and her family catsit my 2 cats. They even went out of their way to buy a plastic litter box as the one that I had been using was disposable at the time. My cats and I were very happy with their service and would use them again.

Michelle's husband Jeff and their son were the ones who watched our kitties. We were very satisfied with them. They came by every day as agreed cared for and gave our cats attention. We got plenty of pictures and videos showing happy tails and lots of talking. They even watered our flowers and took out the garbage.
