Why hello there! You can call me the cat lady. 😺 I have been a cat guardian all of my life and currently have two male ginger tabbies, and one female kitty! They each hold the key to my heart: Toby, Tango & Tuka. 🐾 🐾 🐾 My oldest baby Simon sadly passed away in January 2025 and I miss him dearly. 🐾 Over the years, I have bathed my cats when necessary, and have given them general grooming such as brushing their hair and teeth. Also, I am not afraid to pill a cat! I have had to give my cats pills and medications and I feel comfortable doing so. I have volunteered at my local Humane Society several times, assisting in cats and kittens getting adopted, and I also donate monthly to the Orphan Kitten Club. Holly was A-MEOWZING. She did such a phenomenal job with my two boys, following all my instructions to a tee. She showed up to the Meet & Greet prepared to take a ton of notes, asked lots of clarifying questions, and was happy to do anything and everything that I asked. Even after the first visit, I expressed if it was too much to do in 45 min visits, I would be happy to modify to 60 min visits to give her more time, and she said the 45 was plenty. 🫶🏼 She sent very detailed updates every day, asked questions when needed, sent lots of photos and videos of my boys, and made me feel so assured that they were very loved in my absence. 🥰 I will 1000% only book with Holly moving forward when I'm out of town! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
