She was very professional, followed instructions to the letter and actively communicated during every visit. Every visit she sent pictures of how she found them, what food was leftover, what she served for breakfast including medication, how much litter she scooped, any accidents or vomit found, and pictures of pets and scratches time which even my skiddish cat was willing to receive from her!
