Alyssa's care was prompt and thorough. She provided a daily detailed report on Teddy's activities including photos. She was willing and receptive to try various ways to entice our kitty to eat so that she could administer his insulin shot. There was good communication throughout. Very happy with her service.

Alyssa is so amazing!!! She even got my shy boy Dooley to come out and play with her sometimes he doesn’t come out to play with me. He’s just that shy! Also my little whiskers requires medication he is diabetic. She did an amazing job with him because he does not like those injections and he gives me a hard time so I can’t imagine what a hard time he gave her. Lucy is my only girl kitty it was to my surprise she was able to get pictures with her. I highly recommend Alyssa. Please take the time and at least chat with her and get to know her. Alyssa gives us such piece of mind when we go away. I’m starting to think that our kitty Poppy likes her better when I see pictures of them snuggling! She doesn’t do that with us LOL 😂 This experience was especially wonderful as Alyssa was able to stay with Poppy an extra night when we were stuck in New York due to a cancelled flight. We are so lucky to have Alyssa!

Alyssa is just wonderful! We were a bit nervous about leaving our babies for an entire week, but with Alyssa they were in great hands. She even did extra things like sweeping up the litter "glitter" that they track out and taking apart the water fountain to clean it. As all the other reviews have stated - Alyssa was amazing! It is really quite hard to say enough about how amazing she was with my kitty boys. The photos made me know that my boys were happy and enjoying their treats and scratches & she reviewed each visit thoroughly. Super responsive, helped me with making sure some lights that malfunctioned were on so I did not return home in the dark after a late flight and made sure packages were brought in as well. I can’t wait to work with her again in December! 5 starts (& I would give her more if I could)!!!
