Erica took excellent care of our cat this past week. I’d never before had someone in our house taking care of a pet and at first was pretty nervous. But Erica shared plenty of detailed updates and photos putting me at ease. I came home to a happy cat, a very clean litter box zone, and just gratefulness for the care she gave. Will book with her again!

Erica was a great cat sitter! She was patient when my cat was shy and reluctant to interact with her and was able to eventually play with him. She dutifully took care of all the food, water and litter each day she came over and sent me updates, pictures and videos each time as well. I highly recommend Erica!

Erica was amazing!!! My Gizmo is very afraid of new people but after a couple of visits he loved her. She gave me reports every time she was at the house and lots of pictures! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Erica was amazing, my normally skiddish cats loved her from the moment they met! I got lots of pictures and videos which was my favorite part! She was detailed in all her updates which I appreciated about how they were that day and bathroom usage. Erica went above and beyond to make sure my babies were fed and happy! Erica was amazing! My shy boy greeted her at the door her first visit! She took the time during our meet and greet to engage him so, he didn’t hide when she came. She also stays the full time you book her for. My boys got plenty of quality play time with her. A++++ service! The boys can’t wait to see her again!

Erica did a great job of communicating and caring for my kitties. When I got home from my work trip, I was calm and they were calm, I could tell she spent a lot of quality time with them and watered my plants too (I was worried as it was getting hot) but she took care of everything! Looking forward to having her sit for my kit-kats again!

Erica was fine getting along with my cats but she was completely negligent in their care! After going over detailed written instructions at the meet and greet one week prior, and leaving them to refer to, this is what she did… day one, assumed leftover sitting wet food meant they were fed, she admitted to fluffing it up and not giving them a fresh can. She also assumed that their water was replaced. It was not ,and she thought it was perfectly okay to leave it. I gave her my phone number and instructed her to text me with any questions, she didn’t. She offered to come and feed my cats whenever they were used to eating which was 8-8:30 am then again 5-6pm. She agreed to this.After her second day morning visit ,she informed me through text that she had an event at 5 and couldn’t be there that evening until around 7-8. I wasn’t happy about it but I was already gone and what choice did I have. (p.s. at our meet and greet just a week before there was no mention she had these plans.) If I had known I would have chosen a different sitter. That evening, when I didn’t get a notification that she arrived, I texted her to ask when she was going to be there! (it was already after 8)no response… 45 minutes later she texted me “not to be upset” . Too late…My cats had already gone 13 hours without food) She said she was at a party and it just ended. She was another 30 min away. She didn’t show up until 9:15! I called support at Meowtel(who were very supportive), and they arranged for a different sitter to take over. Once Erica was told that I no longer wanted her to care for my cats, she dropped everything, left dirty bowls in my sink and left . She didn’t stay more than 15 minutes. I was in Mexico celebrating my 35th wedding anniversary and I had to deal with this for 3 hours. It ruined our evening! I will never use her again. Nothing worse than not be able to leave your babies with peace of mind. Instead of apologizing she texted me that she hopes my cats and my home will be ok! WHATT? My home?Is this a threat? Beware of this irresponsible sitter! I chose her based on her previous reviews, which were stellar . This was the first time I was using her and this is what happened to us!
