I volunteer in cat rescue which includes pulling cats from shelters and finding homes, fostering many cats and kittens, volunteering events for rescues I believe in, and doing street rescue to Trap, neuter and release. I have been rescuing Cats and Kittens off the streets since I was a little girl. I had to leave my cat, who has a lot of trauma in the past month. My husband, who was always home, was hospitalized and died 3 days before Christmas. She endured 3 1/2 weeks of being left alone all day and then I traveled back east for his funeral for a week so he could be buried with family. Christina did a fantastic job each day and stayed for 45 minutes. I would recommend Christina because my cat was obviously not stressed out when I came home. A much different experience than I had with Thumbtack.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
