Brit was incredible! Before our vacation even began she took multiple trips over to make sure she wouldn’t be a complete stranger to our kitties and did a couple trial runs of subQ fluids so that our kitty who needs them would be comfortable with her doing it. She was always super communicative and during our vacation gave us more updates than we could ever ask for, including written summaries, pictures, and even edited videos! She also kept the place very clean and besides the basics of regular feeding, watering, and scooping litter she went above and beyond with bringing our kitties different toys and enrichment items each time she came, and it seems our kitties enjoyed playing too! She also offered to take on a little more and care for the house, but we didn’t need it. She did take the bins to the curb on trash day though and that was super nice of her. She is literally the sweetest and we are so grateful to have found her and would love to use her services again, as long as she is available. Thank you so much Brit!

Britt is an absolutely wonderful cat sitter! We always feel completely at ease knowing our cats are in her care. Brit did a phenomenal job on her first weekend visit with our kitties. She spent time in advance with us learning their routines, likes and dislikes, and went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. She even brought extra toys for them! We have one kitty who is very skittish around strangers so we were worried that she would be in hiding the whole weekend, but because of the pre-work and the care Brit took in getting to know her, she was out and about the whole weekend and has accepted Brit as one of the pride! Her attention to detail in taking care of both our home and our kitties was top notch. She’s an excellent communicator as well - I got many pics and videos showing me the babies were well cared for, which helps me actually enjoy my vacation. Brit was an outstanding cat sitter! From the moment we met her, we knew our cats would be in great hands. She went above and beyond by bringing new toys and enrichment activities for them every day, which they clearly loved. She kept us updated with lots of photos, a video from every visit, and even pictures of other things around the house that we had asked her to check on. Those updates gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. When we returned home, the house was spotless, and our cats were happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Wow! I have had several excellent cat sitters previously, but Brit is off the charts! I have an extremely active one year old cat. this was the first time we went out of town and he was alone. Brit totally tailored her visits to meet Pathers needs--and he is needy--lol. We came back to a cat who was happy and showed zero signs of stress and a house that was very well cared for. Brit is truly a cat whisperer but she is also a very organized and on-top-of-everything lady. Her twice a day updates were fantastic with pics, videos, and a detailed written synopsis. I was prepared to be worried as I had never left Panther. It was impossible to worry for a second with Brit in charge. Hands down the best cat sitter ever!

Brit is the epitome of professionalism and perfection when she watches our kitties. She brings them fun toys to play with, makes things interesting, engaging, and fun for them when it could have otherwise be stressful for them with family being gone. As always, Brit is a superstar in terms of taking care of the cats and the house. We have a special needs car in our crew that needs medication and Brit was great about taking care of that. She also provides great enrichment for the cats and always brings them extra toys and treats. How much she cares for your cats really comes through. She really went above and beyond with playtime, cuddling, and enrichment items for the cats. She even watered it plants for us! Her pictures and video updates really give you peace of mind when you are away from your pets. If Brit is available, you really shouldn't hesitate at all in booking her for your cats.

As this was my first time using a pet sitting service, I was a bit hesitant and worried about avoiding the right sitter. In a word, Brit was amazing. she came over twice before the reservation to introduce herself to us and the cats. She was incredibly prompt and professional during her visits. Animals love routine and predictability and Brit arrived at the house twice daily at the same times everyday. I have shy cats, but she was able to charm them into coming out and spending time with her which is always a concern for me. She brought them toys, boxes, tunnels, etc. for enrichment which was an above and beyond bonus. Her updates and photos were prompt and detailed with information on how they were eating and what was going on with the litterboxes which let me know that they weren't stressed. Brit provided great care for the cats and peace of mind for myself. It's nice to know that there is a good option for in home care if your cats while you're away.

I was hesitant about getting a cat sitter since both of my girls have stranger danger. We usually just set them up with auto everything. However, my oldest has hyperesthesia that really bothers her if she doesn't get her daily medication. Brit made sure she got all her medicine and her sister didn't steal any of it. When I heard she sent pics and videos I thought it sounded silly. But while in Italy for our anniversary those dang things ended up being the best part of my day!! Our little turds ended up only using 1 litter box even though we provided 3 autos. we had told her she wouldn't have to bother with it. When she noticed it was full she emptied it anyways. She went above and beyond making sure our family was taken care of while we were gone. The girls even started warming up to her by the last day. It wasn't weird having someone in our home at all. It was very settling to know that the girls had someone checking on them and giving them attention daily. We definitely will be reaching out again when going on vacation. I really can't recommend Brit enough!!!!

Brit did an amazing job with our three cats, including one boy who needs both pills and drops. She was caring, punctual, thoughtful, and even the most skittish of our cats loved her. Britt is absolutely the best cat sitter we’ve ever had paws down. We’ve got five cats. Based on their personalities, we expected that 2-3 would hide from her for the first few days of her visits, so we were greatly surprised when all came out to greet her. She sent great pictures and fun videos of each visit. It was obvious that everyone enjoyed her visits. She brought a new toy for each day to stimulate their interest. She played with them and offered lap time. However, the proof of how wonderful a job she did was when we came home. All of them were so mentally happy and healthy that the transition was seamless. There wasn’t any sulking about us having left them and how horrible it had been. There weren’t any Velcro kitties. They were happy to see us, and they carried on as if we had never been gone for six days.

Once again, Brit goes above and beyond. We travel often and knowing she is our cat sitter is such a stress relief. The enrichment, care, and love she gives our babies is unparalleled. And she always has a fast response time - which is especially appreciated considering the uncertainty of flights being on time/delayed/cancelled (on our latest trip we were delayed coming home by a day and Brit responded to our last minute request). Most importantly, she knows how to make every critter feel at ease and comfortable. She takes time to get to know your pet while she cares for them. And… you will get so many updates - photos and a video. 100/10. she is the new standard 😊
