Natalie has taken care of my 3 cats for every vacation I take for a while now. I am sometimes gone weeks at a time, and I know that my cats will always be well taken care of. She communicates clearly and often, plays with my cats and spoils them with affection, and sends pictures and videos every day so I know they are doing well. One of my cats needs daily medication and Natalie always lets me know that she has given it to him. She's the best!

Natalie is a great cat sitter! She did a fantastic job with our two cats for ~10days over the holidays, one of which required daily medicine mixed in with her food and had to be checked for skin lesions daily. Natalie provided thorough updates (and lots of pictures!) every day so we knew that the cat got her medicine and both cats were doing well. She had no problem dealing with our (two different) automatic feeders that needed refilling. She was also super helpful keeping an eye on the house and taking in packages when we were gone. We're looking forward to having Natalie cat sit for us again on our next trip!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
