What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I’ve been catsitting for about a year now and it’s one of my favorite things to do! There’s nothing more rewarding than a cat happily greeting you. I’ve taken care of cats of all kinds, from young energetic furballs to seniors with medications. I love them all!!

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I love knowing that I’m giving pet parents peace of mind. It makes me happy knowing I’m helping both cats and their owners feel at ease when they’re apart, especially for owners with shy or skittish cats. I feel the same worries when I’m away from my babies, so I do my best to make it the best experience possible for everybody involved! Plus, befriending a shy cat is like getting a special badge of honor.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

My priority is getting to know both you and your cat to make sure that both you are your cat feel safe and secure when you’re apart. This will help me understand the dynamics and how I can best support both of you in the best way possible!

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
