"Sabrina and her husband Bruno were the best cat sitters I've ever had. They sent constant updates and photos about how our cats were doing, came around the same time everyday, and adjusted their routine according to what my cats needed that day (i.e. more food, more snuggle time or more play time). They also provided the most thoughtful touches, such as bringing our cats gifts on Christmas day and vacuuming around the litter box where litter had spilled. I was so nervous about leaving our cats for a long period of time over the holidays, but I felt so much better once I saw what great hands they were in. You could tell from photos our cats were so comfortable with them. Sabrina and Bruno were exceptional and we are so grateful to them."

Both Sherlock and Reggie have spinal injuries and require manual bladder expression—Sherlock twice daily, and Reggie at least every 8 hours. Nicole showed tremendous patience in learning their specific needs and communicated incredibly well, keeping me updated on every expression so I never had to worry. Beyond the medical care, she was wonderful with them! They took to her immediately, sleeping on her bed every night and clearly enjoying her company. I already have Nicole booked for a two-week trip this summer and couldn’t be more enthusiastic about recommending her."
