Both Sherlock and Reggie have spinal injuries and require manual bladder expression—Sherlock twice daily, and Reggie at least every 8 hours. Nicole showed tremendous patience in learning their specific needs and communicated incredibly well, keeping me updated on every expression so I never had to worry. Beyond the medical care, she was wonderful with them! They took to her immediately, sleeping on her bed every night and clearly enjoying her company.
