"Sabrina and her husband Bruno were the best cat sitters I've ever had. They sent constant updates and photos about how our cats were doing, came around the same time everyday, and adjusted their routine according to what my cats needed that day (i.e. more food, more snuggle time or more play time). They also provided the most thoughtful touches, such as bringing our cats gifts on Christmas day and vacuuming around the litter box where litter had spilled. I was so nervous about leaving our cats for a long period of time over the holidays, but I felt so much better once I saw what great hands they were in. You could tell from photos our cats were so comfortable with them. Sabrina and Bruno were exceptional and we are so grateful to them."

The TL;DR is that Jazz met him once at our meet & greet and while watching him a couple of weeks later was able to tell that something was not right with him. Jazz alerted me to the situation right away; he was able to get life-saving fluids and medical care that night. When you trust your little loves to a stranger, you want to believe they won't just come over for five minutes, drop food ina. bowl and split.Jazz paid the kind of attention I pay. Priceless. This was the first time I worked with Jazz and every day exceeded my expectations from the check-ins to the captivating photos.
