Jenn was absolutely phenomenal, great about communicating. Our cat needed insulin twice a day, she was able to find him and administer, while feeding him and sending us his glucose numbers. We really felt at easy knowing she was there to help him and let us relax on our vacation.

Jenn was so diligent in taking care of Penny. She gave detailed summaries each day of her visit and even devised a fix when my automatic pet fountain malfunctioned a bit. she sent sweet photos of Penny during her visits too. I would definitely book Jenn again, fabulous pet care!

Jenn came thru again for me with only a few days notice. My shy cats are comfortable around her and she even sang my boy his song. Jenn always scoops and washes the cat bowls even tho it’s optional. Lites were on and off where I asked and she adjusts the ACs for this heatwave. But also extra stuff like made a little plate of turkey for our old skinny cat. It was nice getting a detailed report each visit so we could relax and have fun on our trip.

Jenn was amazing with our little zoo of 8 cats 🐱Most of our babies are really shy with new people, but she was so patient and gentle with them. Her communication was super efficient from start to finish, and she followed all of our very detailed instructions without any issue. If you have multiple cats and a detail-oriented routine like we do, I definitely recommend booking her for the 1-hour visit so she has enough time to get everything done. She sent us lots of photos of our fur babies, made sure no one was accidentally locked in a room, cleaned up around the litter area, and took care of all the boxes. Overall it was a 10/10 experience for us—everything was smooth and stress-free, and we’d 100% book her again. 💛🐾

Received text message with pictures after each daily visit. Kitty is outdoor cat and needs medication twice a day after meals. Jenn connected with Kitty and provided necessary reassuring care to Kitty in my absence. Jean was a great sitter. Jenn is so dependable and thorough that we can just go away anytime we want now. We have a lot of rescue cats so it's not as simple as just stopping by and opening a can. We also have a lot of friends and family and neighbors and not one of them would cat sit for us. For any amount of money.! We even have a fool proof system set up with extra litter and waters and still no one would help us. We just didn't go anywhere for 10 years but are making up for it now that we found meowtel and JENN!

I wouldve been happy with just food and medicine but she scooped and cleaned and did the dishes. she even brought my trash cans in from the street. we have a multi cat home so it’s a lot of work but she is a go getter.
