Lori was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly thorough, took detailed notes, and sent tons of photos and updates during every visit, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She really took the time to get to know each of my cats and their different personalities, and I loved reading her updates about how everyone was doing. I also have one cat who needs medication, and she handled everything perfectly. It was very clear that Lori genuinely cared about my cats and wanted to make sure they were comfortable, happy, and well cared for. I came home to seven happy kitties and everything in great shape. I would absolutely book Lori again and highly recommend her!

We found the absolute perfect kitty caretaker for us & our furry monsters! Lori's communication was always filled with updates, pictures, and video. Additionally, she communicated quickly when there was an issue getting into our neighborhood on the 4th of July due to a concert event of which we were unaware. Lori basically had to wait around for an hour before they would let her onto the peninsula. She went above and beyond that evening for a holiday overnight. Most importantly, our kitties really liked her and were healthy and happy (but still annoyed with us for leaving them) when we returned. On our next trip we will be booking Lori. She gave us peace of mind and was the purrrfect cat sitter for our family. 10/10. No notes.

Lori was a great help! I had hired a different cat sitter on this app named Evie/Emily to cat sit for 10 days over my Christmas break (a lot I know)! And on Christmas Eve at 11 at night Emily informed me that she was dropping me as a client because one of my cats had diarrhea and she didn’t like cleaning out the litter box with the smell. I was able to find Lori to take over and check in with her and another cat sitter about the smell and status of the house. Both her and the other cat sitter said the smell wasn’t too bad and was manageable. Lori showed up every morning to take care of the cats and clean up the litter box! I also really appreciated her sending the amount of time each visit was so I knew for the future how long everything was taking and to reimburse for any extra time. She was also a great help with recommendations for how to use the pine litter I was trying out, and she also recommended some litter of her own. Lori was able to follow the instructions I had typed out on a sheet of paper very well, whereas I had issues with the other cat sitter, Evie/Emily, feeding the wrong food to my cats sometimes and also throwing out food that the other sitter had left for the cats that day. Evie couldn’t figure out how the properly scoop the pine litter and refused to use the handheld vacuum I had because it “wasn’t a proper vacuum,” whereas Lori did a great job with the litter and even said the held held vacuum I had was great for cleaning up around the litter box. (I had specifically purchased the handheld vacuum due to other cat owners highly recommending it for cleaning hair and litter). Overall Lori was a great upgrade from the other sitter! I would highly recommend going with her if you are trying to choose between two sitters on this app!

Second time having Lori watch our cats and can confirm she is the best. Our cat broke climbed up onto our bookshelf and knocked over a pot with a plant in it. Lori cleaned the entire thing up, put the salvaged pieces in a bag for us to fix if we’d like, and sent pics to show where the plant fell, etc. She also brought in an expensive package for us that would’ve just been sitting out for days otherwise. She does such a thorough job on top of taking great care of our fur babies. Can’t recommend her enough.

Lori was a joy to have taking care of our pets while we were away. She was communicative, friendly, and attentive as I walked thru all my instructions / notes. She never made me feel like I was “too much.” Throughout our trip she updated us during her scheduled visits with photos and notes on how each cat was doing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Lori. You can tell she really cares about animals and it shows through her services. 10/10 will book with Lori again.

Lori was amazing! She was always on time and took wonderful care of our fur baby. From the very first visit, she made a genuine effort to understand Bella and her special needs. She even brought a notebook and took notes, which really impressed me. She sent daily updates with photos, so I always knew how Bella was doing and could truly relax while away. Bella is a senior cat with medical needs, and Lori handled everything professionally and with great care. When we returned home, she had even left us a sweet welcome card. It was clear to me that she truly loves animals. I highly recommend Lori, and I will absolutely trust her with our sweet girl again in the future!
