Lori was a great help! I had hired a different cat sitter on this app named Evie/Emily to cat sit for 10 days over my Christmas break (a lot I know)! And on Christmas Eve at 11 at night Emily informed me that she was dropping me as a client because one of my cats had diarrhea and she didn’t like cleaning out the litter box with the smell. I was able to find Lori to take over and check in with her and another cat sitter about the smell and status of the house. Both her and the other cat sitter said the smell wasn’t too bad and was manageable. Lori showed up every morning to take care of the cats and clean up the litter box! I also really appreciated her sending the amount of time each visit was so I knew for the future how long everything was taking and to reimburse for any extra time. She was also a great help with recommendations for how to use the pine litter I was trying out, and she also recommended some litter of her own. Lori was able to follow the instructions I had typed out on a sheet of paper very well, whereas I had issues with the other cat sitter, Evie/Emily, feeding the wrong food to my cats sometimes and also throwing out food that the other sitter had left for the cats that day. Evie couldn’t figure out how the properly scoop the pine litter and refused to use the handheld vacuum I had because it “wasn’t a proper vacuum,” whereas Lori did a great job with the litter and even said the held held vacuum I had was great for cleaning up around the litter box. (I had specifically purchased the handheld vacuum due to other cat owners highly recommending it for cleaning hair and litter). Overall Lori was a great upgrade from the other sitter! I would highly recommend going with her if you are trying to choose between two sitters on this app!

Lori was amazing! We were nervous about leaving our cats alone with just a neighbor to check in on them, so having someone experienced with cats like Lori gave us so much peace of mind. She was incredibly communicative, sent lots of pictures with her updates, and even managed to coax our shyer cat out. When we go out of town next, she will absolutely be the person we'll be booking again.

Lori was absolutely wonderful. She was a prompt communciator and sent plentiful pictures of our cats from each of her visits. She also dedicated time for play and interaction with them. We would definitely have her sit for us again and would recommend her to anyone else. Thanks Lori!
