She sent thoughtful updates with beautiful photos, kept my home tidy, and consistently went the extra mile, from brushing my cats’ fur and teeth to staying longer just to spend extra time with them. I first reached out to Ellyot during Christmas to watch my 2 cats and 2 dogs. I was very nervous having someone at my home for 10 days. Throughout the entire stay, Ellyot sent me pictures and communicated about my pets. She was respectful of my home and the way I left it is exactly how she kept it upon my return. Ellyot truly loves pets and cares for their well being, which is an amazing skill to have because I never having to worry whether my pets are comfortable or not. She soothes my anxious cats anxiety, administers oral medication, and keeps up with the very complicated routine I had requested of her. Since Christmas, Ellyot has become my go to pet sitter and my cats are always excited to have her around. My anxious one even cuddles with her!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
