One has significant medical needs, including insulin injections, subcutaneous fluids, a special diet, and a strict feeding schedule. Anne handled all of it flawlessly, exceeding our expectations. Our other cat struggles with anxiety and fear, which can sometimes come across as aggression. Anne knew exactly how to approach him—with patience, gentleness, and an understanding of when to give him space. She took her time, talked to him, and let him build trust at his own pace. Sophie is picky with who she likes and can be difficult with medication. Melody didn't let that stop her. She tried multiple ways to get Sophie to take her meds until she found something that worked. That means the WORLD to me that she didn't give up. I came home to a happy cat who wasn't sick. That didn't happen last time so we will be sticking with Melody!"
